I have always found myself interested in helping others in some way possible. I love taking care of people while they are sick and this brought me to the healthcare field. Food is our basic necessity in life. But considering the current scenario, the food we eat contributes to the construction as well as destruction of human life. I believe, a good balance of all kinds of foods that our body needs, keeps our mind and body happy. It is important to understand how our body feels and to nourish it well.
